How to set the DNS on Eero 6 Router
Some Internet providers will not allow you to assign a DNS to your devices, so to get around this, we add the DNS directly to the router. This will have no effect on any other traffic on your network, LobbyGod DNS will only affect the matchmaking servers for Call Of Duty.
Step 1:
You must first disable Eero Plus or any Advanced Features on the Eero 6 router, you can see our guide on how to do that right here.
Step 2:
After disabling Eero Plus and confirming it is off, open the app again and select the Settings Tab.
Step 3:
Select Network settings, choose DNS and then choose Custom DNS.
Step 4:
- Set the IPv4 Primary as 15.197.238.60
- Set the IPv4 Secondary as 3.33.242.199
- Click on Save
Step 5:
Power cycle your router and your gaming device, and check your in-game location again.
Power cycling means - Unplug from wall power, wait the full 30 seconds, power back on.
