How to disable Eero 6 Advanced Security

If you are using an Eero 6 router, and have set up LobbyGod DNS on your Gaming device but the location is still not changing, it could be as simple as disabling some of the Advanced Features that Eero have packed into their router, we will explain exactly how to do this below.

Step 1:

Launch the Eero app on your phone.

Step 2:

Select the Discover Tab, and then choose Eero Plus.

Step 3:

Toggle off Advanced Security, Ad Blocking, and any Content Filters enabled on any Profiles.

Step 4:

Restart the app and confirm that Eero Plus is now off,

This should be it, power cycle your router and your gaming device, and check your in-game location again.

Power cycling means - Unplug from wall power, wait the full 30 seconds, power back on.
