How to disable IPv6 on BT Smart Hub 2

Step 1:

On your phone or computer, open up a browser and type 192.168.1.254 into the URL/address bar of the browser window. This will open the Hub Manager. To log in you'll need the admin password. You'll find it on the back of the Hub if you haven't updated it.

Step 2:

Once you are logged in, choose the following

• Advanced Settings
• Ipv6
• Configuration
• Turn "IPv6 Address Allocation" to Off.
• Power cycle both your router AND your gaming device - Unplug from wall power, wait the full 30 seconds, power back on
